Homeless Kitty Adopt-A-Thon

Adopt-A-Pet Center, 721 56th Street (at H Street)
Featuring adult cats ages 1 to 16 years. Swing by for complimentary human and animal treats—and take a tour of the Adopt-A-Pet Center!
Special Adoption Fees: $50 for one kitty & $80 for two kitties during Adopt-A-Thon.

Painting for Paws! Second Saturday Art Show & Reception

The Happy Tails cats and dogs are once again busy with their creative endeavors, painting one-of-a-kind pieces of original artwork for this year’s Painting for Paws! Pieces will be matted and framed, and will be accompanied by a photo and bio of the furry artist. In addition, there will be food, wine, a silent auction, prize drawing and animal-themed jewelry for sale.
