Kea gets a home

Kea is a one-year-old terrier mix we acquired from the SPCA and placed in our foster program so she could get the extra help that could make her adoptable. She was returned to the SPCA four times because she was too energetic. This loving canine needed some training. Her foster parents David and Anela just couldn’t give her up. The couple adopted another Happy Tails dog, 15-year-old Roxy in 2018. With their dedication and training, Kea is making huge strides and, needless to say, is a classic foster fail.
